Meet Dr. Steele
My name is Dr. David Steele. I was born and raised in League City, Texas near NASA in the Houston area. I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from Stephen F. Austin University. While working on a Master’s Degree in Microbiology at the University of Houston, I was accepted into dental school. I completed my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston in 1986. After dental school, my wife and I really wanted to get back to East Texas. We found an available practice in Texarkana and it was a perfect fit.
To keep abreast of the latest developments in restorative dentistry, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of Texas. I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of general dentistry practice with special interests in removable dentures and partials as well as implant restorations. I enjoy assisting our patients restore their mouth to a healthy state and maintaining their teeth through routine preventive care.
My hobbies include hunting, gardening, beekeeping and chasing grandchildren. I’ve been married for 45 years to his wife. We have 4 sons and their wives. We also have twelve grandchildren ages 19 years to 2 years old.
